Detailed wind tunnel testing will be completed to analyse the surrounding wind environment, and its relation and interaction with the proposed development and nearby buildings. Design measures are proposed to ensure pleasant conditions suitable for pedestrians and users of the surrounding public realm.

Extensive analysis on the daylight, sunlight and overshadowing effects of the proposed development will be undertaken to assess the building against current guidelines. Impacts on surrounding properties will be minimised through excellent design.

Solar glare assessments will also be completed to ascertain whether reflections from the building could cause nuisance to drivers. Features to minimise the potential for adverse solar glare will be incorporated into the design.
