Lai Sun Development Company Ltd (LSD) is a member of the Lai Sun Group. The Company is well diversified and its principal activities include property investment, property development, investment in and operation of hotels and restaurants. The Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1988. The Directors are based in Hong Kong. 100, 106 and 107 Leadenhall Street form part of Lai Sun’s UK investment portfolio where they have been active investors since 2011.
London & Oriental
London & Oriental (L&O) is a private property asset management partnership that represents the owner. L&O was established in 1995 and has significant experience of property redevelopment and refurbishment of commercial property in the City of London. L&O advised on the acquisition of all three properties and has acted as asset manager and client representative for LSD since 2011.
